Lochaiching – Sure, thanks Mayank! I am Lochaiching, from AEX exchange and responsible for the AEX Oversea s Marketing. From 2017, i started working in blockchain industry and about AEX, let me have a brief introduction for this community.
Founded in 2013, AEX(https://www.aex.com/#/en) is the earliest batch of exchanges, and it has been nearly 8 years.

Lochaiching – Good question! AEX founded from 2013, and was the Top 3 exchange before 2017 in Chinese market. In addition to the normal functions of the exchange, we also have some very competitive product sections.

Q3. How can we make transactions on the Aex EXCHANGE what requirements we have to meet. Is there a process of filling in personal data (KYC) for out of state from the Aex exchange project ?
Lochaiching – Good question for most of users. About the KYC, If trading in the OTC board, users must first complete KYC on AEX. If only in the spot trading area, what you need to do is deposit and trading.

Q4. As a trader like me, the security of my funds is my first priority before choosing any exchange for trading. How much secure AEX is?
Lochaiching – Sure, I think the most important thing for users is asset security. That is also the factor we value most in these seven years. Since our operation in 2013, there have been no major accidents. This is why most of our users always choose AEX. Many users have chosen us since 2013. It must be lots of reasons here. But in my mind, on the one hand, there were no trading platforms to choose from at that time. Q5. Explain your plans on global expansion,is it only market you are focusing All the time,And you focus on building or developing and getting customers and users, or partnerships?
Lochaiching – Sure! Internationalization is our long-term goal. Although our users have been steadily growing.

Q6. How you intend to outperform similar CEXes and what are your competitive advantages over most?
Lochaiching – We have more than 7 years of experience in exchange operations, and have always been well received by users. They have gained cryptocurrency experience and many years of earnings on the AEX exchange. Our financial products can allow currency holders to obtain long-term stable income without worrying about safety and risk issues.
Q7. How do you plan to promote about your project in different countries where English is not spoken very well? Do you have a local community so they can understand your project?
Lochaiching – So far, a large number of our users are in China. And this year’s plan only gives support in two languages, Chinese and English, and other active languages such as Korean and Russian. We are evaluating the market situation and our expansion plan. Stay tune!
Q8. Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to BitShares ? Because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world specially as a new project entering to crypto. What are the plans to increase awareness about BitShares around in non-crypto space? And which region is in your mind?
Lochaiching – We have always been very supportive of the BTS community. For example, we recently opened a NBS-USDT liquidity pool on ASwap, including our own platform currency GAT, which is not only on erc20, but also part of it is circulated on the bitshares chain. And over the years, we have had a close relationship with the BTS community.
Q9. Has COVID19 somehow slowed down AEX Exchange’s progress as an exchange and how?
Lochaiching – At the beginning of COVID-19, we did charity activities for some places in China, such as giving masks to users. Masks were very scarce at the time. and in the cryptocurrency world, we don’t seem to be too affected. Many of our new products this year have received good feedback on the market, such as ASwap and Financial Saving products, as well as our recent activities on Twitter (@aexplus).
Q10. What is the listing process of AEX? How many criteria for a project to be listed on AEX, and how does AEX choose projects to be listed to compete with other exchanges?
