Dam – Hello 👋 Thanks for having me in your community, I’m in your group since months, and I’m very excited to do this AMA today here.

Dam – Thanks Mayank, and all your team as well 🙂 Sure, I’ve started my career by working in IT, mostly web development and web applications, and as I am passionate about Crypto and blockchain, it has been a natural shift for me to go in this ecosystem.
Mayank – Could you please tell our community about the Earneo project.
Dam – In 2017, we decided to develop a platform to allow users to upload videos and be rewarded in crypto. Over time our idea has matured. We realized that there was a huge demand for small content creator who has some issue to get monetized on Youtube.We therefore decided to focus on a system just to compensate for the unfair Youtube system. So on our platform, content creators will be able to be paid for their first videos. But also….Viewers.Our DNA, is blockchain and crypto, so we want to take advantage of this technology to create a platform, where everyone will be rewarded.
So, in a nutshell, Earneo is a video sharing platform that aims to be decentralized, and fair.
On Earneo everyone will be rewarded.

We are a blockchain version of Youtube, but with a blockchain DNA, so fair, no censorship, and everyone can benefit from Earneo

Q1. RNO is used to make rewards to the creators, moderators, and viewers in Earneo tube . So what’s the team’s plans to increase the value and demand of RNO and how you are going to keep it high?
Dam – This is a very interesting question, and it is important to understand our token economics here. First of all, our token which is now on the Binance chain, does not have a mint function. Which means our Supply will be a maximum of 650Millions. For ever. (It has been even reduced during the swap). This also means that we can’t mint new token to reward users, we have to buyback them on the market!
Our business model is based on the advertisement when there are ads on a video, it means income for Earneo. With this income, we rebuy the token to reward the users. 65% for the content creators, 20% share among the viewers, 3% share among the moderators. We will also include a buyback and burn.
Q2. I know the Earneo (RNO) token is a BEP2 token based on the Binance chain. So, Do you have any plans to be listed on Binance / Binance Dex? If so, when?
Dam – We proceeded a swap from Ethereum to Binance chain for efficiency reasons. Today our choice is judicious, because as you know Ethereum is experiencing scalability issue which leads to indecent costs. Since we will reward all our users with tokens, it was important for us to use a blockchain offering us low fees and fast transactions. Binance Chain offers us this opportunity. Indeed, Binance being the most famous and used crypto exchange, all crypto projects want to be on Binance. We are not different. 🙂
Q3. I noticed that Earneo doesn’t have Streaming function right now. Are you planning to integrate Streaming in the future? Or is there a reason why you don’t want to integrate it?
Dam – Yes, you re right. Currently we do not have a streaming function. However, it is one of our objectives to offer a streaming function in the future ( medium term). For this, we are currently looking to form a partnership with already existing solutions rather than developing our own system. This will allow us to be able to offer this functionality to our users more quickly. 👍
Q4. Could you please explain what’s your competitive advantage over similar projects and platforms such as Theta, Verasity and other content system?And how does your system of moderators work, which video is considered to be of high quality, in your opinion?
Dam – Theta and Verasity are not really Earneo competitors. Verasity develops tools based on video players like JWplayer, for publishers. Theta, a project of which I am personally a fan, is focused on online streaming with their own blockchain technology. Theta is more a competitor of Twitch, and Earneo is more in the same segment as Youtube. Regarding our moderation system, our system is based on community moderation. So the community decide, which content they will allow on Earneo.
Q5. Earneo is already up and running, but there is very little content on it. What is being done to attract users so that they can start earning?
Dam – Yes, Earneo.tube is live as well as the Android app (Release Yesterdat) and IOs (updated Yesterday). Our focus at the moment is to offer a platform that works perfectly. We have since the launch made numerous updates and we are working daily to improve the platform. Currently, our main focus of development is to transfer all of our architecture to Google Cloud Platform in order to offer a scalability and stability when traffic increases. We are close to reach this goal, then we will work on the acquisition of content and users.
This will coincide with the launch of monetization on the platform. very soon 🙂

Q6. Can you list 1 or 2 deadly features that make #your project stand out from its competitors? What competitive advantage does your platform have that make you feel the most confident in yourself?
Dam – Our key “features” if I can call it a feature, is our reward system. We will offer to every user a way to be rewarded, which is unique. Content creators will earn 65% of the ads revenue. Moderators will share 3% and unlikely all other platform, the viewers will share 20%.
This is what makes earneo unique.
Q7. Video platform need too much storage space for saving their users videos & lot of datas. Do Earneo have any plan to join famous Google Cloud for their data storage? or they have any alternative plan for storage?
Dam – Yes, we are actually transferring our entire app architecture to Google Cloud Platform. Backend and videos storage. We are also working to integrate IPFS technology, which will allow us to be more decentralised and cost efficient, as videos storage is the main cost of a platform like Earneo.
Q8. In the near future, will Earneo issue rewards to content creators that has milestone nubmers of subscribers, like the Golden Play Button of Youtube?
Dam – Thanks for this question. Actually we are thinking about this stage as we speak, we will definitely reward our users and we are open to suggestion on this particular question. Feel free to submit your ideas, I’m happy to hear them.
Q9. I am very impressed with what Earneo project wants to do, so I want to ask Earneo has a plan to develop the market in Asia? Let me have a chance to join Earneo’s house!

We want to develop Earneo globally, videos can be share in any continent. Asia is a big market, and very crypto enthusiast. We have our Ambassador program open, feel free to fill the form and help Earneo to grow 🤝
Q10. Many new projects made a good impression at first but were suddenly abandoned. My question is, how will you manage the project and token to gain a place in the market and become a best token in the blockchain world?
Dam – You probably discovered Earneo today ;). But Earneo Project is born in late 2017, started officially in early 2018 as Snapparazzi. Today, after almost 3 years being in this space and many evolution, we have released our Android and IOS app, and open our Webplatform this summer. We are here to stay, and we intend to be the video sharing platform of reference in the crypto sphere.
Q11. I know how much third-party advertisers pay on the YouTube platform to post productplacement in videos. What is the benefit of doing this on Earneo, with such a small audience coverage?
Dam – 15 years ago, no one had the idea YouTube will be what it is today, and people took a chance with them, even though monetisation for users was not even in the picture, and advertising was not common on video sharing platforms. Earneo has a clear vision of who we are and how users will benefit from content creation, watching videos and moderating them. We are certain people will recognise this and numbers will rise, as they are rising even now 🙂
Advertising with us has many benefits for the advertisers, such as making sure that people who watch the ads are people who actually want to see them, as they get rewarded for that, which automatically brings a better reach for the products.
Q12. You organized an AMA session very rewarding and received a lot of questions related to utilities and technology, future vision, …So now I want to ask what do you want to receive from the community?
Dam – Thanks for your question Alex. We are very happy to spread the word in numerous crypto communities as CryptoNation today. It is very important for us in order to bring awareness around Earneo and what we want to achieve. Now, what we want from the community is to help us grow by spreading the word, and more over, using Earneo. Today everyone watch videos and we all of us here are passionate about crypto and blockchain. At Earneo we bring both worlds together.
